Ho finalmente concluso l’aggiornamento della mia “Guida a Wordpress per principianti” alla versione 2.7 di Wordpress. E’ possibile scaricarla dalla pagina dedicata esclusivamente a questa guida e ai suoi aggiornamenti: la puoi raggiungere dal menu qui a destra.
Come sempre, il manuale si rivolge a chi è del tutto digiuno di Wordpress: in questo pdf troverà tutto il necessario per cominciare a costruire il suo blog con l’ultima versione di Wordpress, la 2.7.
Per chi già conosce bene la versione 2.6.5 (e precedenti), ho pensato di aggiungere un capitolo in cui spiego quali sono le novità nel passaggio dalla versione 2.6.5 alla 2.7 di Wordpress.

Ciao, ho scaricato la tua guida, che mi è stata veramente molto utile, e finalmente sono riuscita ad installare wordpress che mi sarà molto molto molto utile. è stato tutto molto semplice grazie a te, e vista anche la semplicità di wp non ho trovato difficoltà nel gestirlo…a parte una che mi sta facendo impazzire letteralmente. Non sapendo un’acca del linguaggio php io non posso saltarci fuori quindi chiedevo a te se gentilmente potevi darmi una mano.
Ti spiego: ho installato wordpress e fin qui tutto a posto; vedo poi che c’è un “articolo” esemplificativo e così anche un commento all’articolo, anche qui tutto regolare, ho pensato che poi li dovrò cancellare entrambi dato che sono solo degli esempi; il problema è che sia prima dell’articolo, sia prima del commento (ovvero dove dovrebbero esserci data e ora della pubblicazione) non ci sono nè data nè ora ma ben 6 messaggi che mi avvisano che qualcosa non va nell’impostazione della data e dell’ora appunto. Ho cercato di saltarci fuori da sola, e infatti sono davanti al computer dall’1…ma non riesco a capire che cosa devo fare :(

Ciao Giusbe! Allora, premetto che sono tutt’altro che un’esperta di php… Però speriamo che quanto ti dirò qui di seguito ti possa comunque servire.
Che tema hai usato? Forse è un problema dovuto a quel tema; prova a vedere se il problema si presenta anche con il tema di default.
Per avere la data visualizzata, nel tema dovrebbe essere presente questa scritta:
alle < ?php the_time() ?>
Prova a controllare se c’è, andando il Temi>Editor, e da lì selezionando ‘articolo singolo’ (’single’).
Puoi anche provare ad inserirla tu personalmente, e vedere se fa apparire l’ora.

Ciao!!! Sono riuscita a risolvere il mio problema :) era tutto nei codici php dei vari documenti presenti nelle cartelle di wp, ma con un po’ di santa pazienza sono riuscita a saltarci fuori. Volevo cmq ringraziarti per l’attenzione e il tentativo di aiuto..anche perchè se non vedevo che l’errore non era dove mi avevi detto tu, non mi sarei mai sbattuta + di tanto per saltarci fuori :) grazie!!!
